We had a long correspondence with a support agent named Moulin at ViserLab. There is a Turkish character issue in the script. Despite reporting the problem, I received a response saying "It won't be a problem if you use it this way." They are not providing any support. I deeply regret it. I wish I hadn't purchased it. Unfortunately, they are not solving the issue.

we are not here to make any changes for FREE. comeback to us with custom requirements when you have ability to afford that. dont come to request us FREE changes everytime, here we are paying for oxygen too, so comeback when u have money to afford customization, not to request us for FREE changes
