Hello,

There is no need to purchase any additional plugins. All of the necessary plugins are already included with the theme. All of the features showcased in the demos on the landing page and listed in the Theme Features list can be achieved with the theme.

Also, there is no need to install of the plugins. Necessary plugins will be listed next to the demo you wish to import (please see screenshot). You should make sure to install and activate plugins necessary for the demo you choose. Other plugins are optional.

The speed of the site won't depend solely on the theme which you're using. As for the theme performance, you can optimize it in Qode Options > Performance (please see screenshot).
