At first, I faced some issues with missing features and delayed support, but the team stepped up and fixed the system. Now, everything runs smoothly, and the tax and refund issues have been resolved. I really appreciate their efforts in improving the software.

One funny thing though – even after setting my timezone, the system insists that I’m living 5 hours in the future! Hope they fix this too, but overall, a great experience!
