for Customer Support

I was initially impressed by the design of one of the demos, and my website indeed looks beautiful. However, customer support has been unresponsive — despite sending three emails a month before my support expired, none were answered. Previously, they failed to help resolve key issues, such as improving the website speed and fixing the tour search bar. Additionally, the code quality turned out to be poor, requiring days of developer work to correct. The site is also extremely slow, which has prevented Google from indexing my pages. I’m hoping the team can address these issues and help me resolve them. Despite the nice design, these challenges have significantly impacted the experience for me and my customers.
