We're sorry that you're not satisfied. We did our best to help you out, and we resolved and answered every ticket you had, but since you had a lot of installed third-party plugins then later deleted them, we couldn't know if one of them caused the one specific issue.

We offered you to set up the theme from scratch without any third-party plugins free of charge and to make sure that everything works. If then something is not working we will refund you but we will not provide the refund for the issues caused by some stuff not developed by us.

Please reconsider, it is fully free of charge and our offer still stands. If something is not working after we fully set it up we will refund you then.
