Support team is really helpful. Recently I had issue with license code, and they have helped to reactivate the theme. I am one of the early purchasers of the theme. Theme is beautiful with many homepages; the reason I bought it. It's easy to install the theme. I never faced any issue in installation of the theme. One small issue I found is the delay in image loading. I would request the developers to look into this. Thanks.
