We have been waiting for several days for a solution, but unfortunately, the support team has not provided any real fix that works.
We have followed the documentation step-by-step multiple times, yet the theme still doesn’t function properly. The replies we receive do not address the core issue, and we feel stuck without the product we paid for working as promised. Very disappointing experience so far.

Thank you for your feedback. Our team has already responded to your ticket regarding the PHP Memory Limit issue. The plugins are unable to run properly in an environment with only 128MB PHP Memory Limit; it needs to be increased to at least 568MB or more for smooth performance.

If raising the memory limit resolves the issue on your end, we kindly request you to reconsider the one-star review, as the problem is not related to the plugin itself but to the server configuration.
